Location

Unterschleissheim

The town of Unterschleißheim is the most populous municipality in the Munich district. Thanks to the many businesses located in the town, Unterschleißheim's infrastructure is extremely well-developed. All shops for daily needs are located directly next to the apartment and can be easily reached on foot. Unterschleißheim has enjoyed great popularity for years, not least due to its ideal location between the state capital of Munich and the university town of Garching.

Just a few meters from the apartment is Valentinspark, Unterschleißheim's largest green space, from which the water for the city's geothermal heating system is extracted. Valentinspark is extremely popular with young and old and is used for a variety of recreational activities. All shops and the S-Bahn are within easy walking distance.

Unterschleißheim's unique location allows its residents quick access to the A9, A99, and A92 motorways, as well as the B13 federal highway. Thanks to its excellent public transport connections, you can always get around even without a car: from the Unterschleißheim S-Bahn station, the S1 train line takes you to Munich city center in just a few minutes.
